if you are chosing to cancel an order please make sure you do within 48 hours or else returns will not be accepted

if returns do occur i do not really cover shipping only for exchanges

If somehow your bracelet gets damaged whilst getting delivered to you feel free to message me on instragram or send me a email with video/photo proof :))!
If you did not pay for tracking and your item does get LOST and you would like a refund only 35% will be given back to you as it is recommended for tracking to be paid for but as some people cannot afford it there is standard shipping available but it does come with a risk
